SHIPPING

Every piece is packed by hand, by me, and shipped from the Netherlands.

PROCESSING
Your order leaves within 3–5 working days. If a piece needs longer, or if I'm
away, I'll tell you the same day you order.

HOW IT'S PACKED
Works on paper travel flat, between two sheets of rigid board, wrapped in
glassine and sealed in a waterproof sleeve inside a rigid mailer. Nothing is
rolled unless you ask for it. Nothing arrives creased.

WHERE IT GOES AND HOW LONG IT TAKES
Netherlands            1–2 working days
Belgium, Germany       2–4 working days
Rest of the EU         3–7 working days
Outside the EU         7–21 working days, depending on customs

These are the carrier's estimates, not promises. Everything ships tracked and
you get the tracking number by email.

COST
Calculated at checkout by destination. No handling fees and no surprises on
the last screen.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
Orders outside the EU may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. Those are
set by your country, not by me, and they are the buyer's responsibility. I
declare every parcel honestly at its actual value — I will not mark an original
artwork as a gift.

Photograph the packaging before you open it fully and email
hello@sabrinadejonge.com within 7 days. I'll sort it.
